MoodM8 is a wellbeing and self-reflection app. It is not an emergency service, medical device, diagnostic tool or replacement for professional care.

When you delete your account, messages, mood logs, goals, tasks, preferences, reports, and account data associated with your account are deleted from the active MoodM8 service.

Backups, infrastructure logs, cache entries and security logs may persist for up to 30 days after account deletion because of backup rotation, operational security, abuse prevention and incident investigation needs. We may retain limited records for longer only when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of our terms, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.
