MoodM8 is a wellbeing and self-reflection app. It may include AI-assisted chat, mood tracking, tasks, habits, onboarding personalization, calendar features and educational or supportive content.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using MoodM8, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. Not medical advice
MoodM8 does not provide diagnosis, medical treatment, therapy, emergency support or professional healthcare services. The app is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or other qualified professional.

4. AI limitations

5. User account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. User content
You are responsible for information you submit to MoodM8, including chat messages, profile information, task data, habits and other content.
Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harmful, infringes the rights of others or attempts to bypass security features.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use MoodM8 for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes;
- attempt to access accounts, systems or data without authorization;
- attempt to disrupt the service or bypass its security protections;
- reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service except where legally permitted;
- misrepresent MoodM8 as a medical, therapeutic or emergency service.
